Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10–11 oz) cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken soup) – this is your “1 sauce”
  • ½ cup milk or water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: shredded cheese or breadcrumbs for topping

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare Sauce:
    • In a bowl, mix the cream soup, milk (or water), garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Assemble in Casserole Dish:
    • Place the chicken breasts in a lightly greased casserole dish.
    • Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken, making sure each breast is coated.
  4. Bake:
    • Cover with foil and bake for 25–30 minutes.
