Honey Mustard Roast

Ingredients
- 2–3 lb roast (pork loin, chicken, or beef)
- ⅓ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Dijon Mustard
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced

- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: fresh rosemary or thyme
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and garlic.
- Season the roast with salt and pepper.
- Place the roast in a baking dish and spread the honey-mustard mixture evenly over it.
- Roast for 45–60 minutes (longer for larger cuts) until the meat is cooked through.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
