Honey Mustard Roast

A sweet and tangy roast that’s simple to prepare and full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2–3 lb roast (pork loin, chicken, or beef)
  • ⅓ cup Honey
  • ¼ cup Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: fresh rosemary or thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and garlic.
  3. Season the roast with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the roast in a baking dish and spread the honey-mustard mixture evenly over it.
  5. Roast for 45–60 minutes (longer for larger cuts) until the meat is cooked through.
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Serving Ideas

Serve with roasted Potatoes, steamed Carrots, or a fresh green salad.
