Apple Salad with Honeycrisp Apples, Celery, Grapes, Pecans, and Dried Cranberries

A crisp, refreshing salad perfect for lunch, potlucks, or holiday sides.


Ingredients

  • 3–4 Honeycrisp Apples, cored and diced
  • 2 stalks Celery, sliced thin
  • 1 cup Grapes, halved (red or green)
  • ½ cup Pecans, toasted
  • ½ cup Dried Cranberries
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • Juice of ½ Lemon (to prevent browning)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, toss the diced apples with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  2. Add celery, grapes, pecans, and dried cranberries. Mix gently.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise (or yogurt) and honey.
  4. Pour dressing over the salad and toss until everything is coated.
  5. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Optional additions:

  • A sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg for extra warmth
  • Shredded coconut for added texture
  • Swap pecans for walnuts or almonds if preferred

This salad balances sweet, tart, crunchy, and creamy flavors, making it a favorite for family meals, brunches, or holiday tables.
